Refunds from Sport Fusion
Internet Fusion Ltd will provide a full refund if there is a genuine fault with the manufacture of the product and if it is not fit for the purpose intended (as detailed in the trade description act). Returns that are not genuinely faulty can also be returned for a refund (less the cost of our initial delivery) within 14 days of receipt. Any returns must agree to the conditions below:
- The goods remain complete, in the original packaging.
- You MUST inform us of the return via the Returns Page and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This page will automatically provide instructions on the return procedure (not doing this will significantly delay your refund and may result in postal/administration charges or the item being sent back to you).
- The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us. This cost can be refunded in the event that product is found to be faulty.
- A refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned to Internet Fusion Ltd and have been inspected by us.
- Non-faulty goods must be returned complete, in the original packaging in an unused and undamaged condition. Such goods that are found to be damaged will be returned to the customer and may incur postal/administration charges.
NOTE: If we are unable to despatch a product due to unavailability, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment taken without obligation to fulfil your order.
